Thankfully since I don’t like to cook I occasionally come across simple and easy recipes, and here‘s my latest find! This particular sandwich is one of my favorites, but the key is to have the bread and lunch meat on hand if I think of it at the last minute.
It takes 15 minutes of prep time and you can customize it to your likes and dislikes. Love that aspect for sure!
Ingredients:
Pillsbury French Loaf
At least 2 lunch meats of your choice
Mayo
Shredded Cheese
Bacon bits
Butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Spread French loaf bread out on a cookie sheet, spread a thin layer of mayo on, top with 2 layers of lunch meat, add cheese, & cover with bacon bits. Slowly roll it up, and pour the melted butter on the top. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
There’s one tip I’d like to share though. I always dab the lunch meat with a paper towel to get the extra moisture off of it before adding it to the sandwich. I don’t like soggy bread and this tip keeps the bread from getting soggy.
You can use any lunch meats you wish. I choose ham & turkey. If you don’t like bacon bits then don’t us them. Feel free to also add other toppings like lettuce, tomato, etc. Enjoy!!

Looks so yummy! I love your quotes! I have a lot that I have collected, if you want some more let me know.
Okay I hate to cook! However with four kids it is inevitable! This was on a Lloyds BBQ Chicken tub.
One pizza crust rolled out and baked for a bit….
Add on the tub of BBQ Chicken
Add some onions(I always cut my onions all on one day when I have gotten a good deal on them and freeze them! Then it is quick and easy to use them and I don’t have to cry!)
Green Peppers if you want ( I didn’t)
Cheese
Bake a little bit longer….
Wala! A BBQ chicken pizza that is better than one you get at a certain delivery place!!!!
YUM!
