I don’t know about you, but I’ve been totally caught up in The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer. I’m not one to usually follow the crowd when it comes to books, and I wasn’t really planning to, but what caught my attention was I heard Stephanie Meyer is a stay-at-home Mom just like me. So I thought . . . hum . . . now I had to check it out.
By the end of the first book I was hooked, and by the end of the second book I had to buy the whole series. I must say Stephanie’s way of explaining every detail to the reader through, Bella, the main character’s thoughts is outstanding!! I could picture everything in my mind down to the very last detail!
After I’ve read the book I don’t normally watch the movie either, but I had to see what Edward, Bella’s love, looked like according to Hollywood. They picked out, Robert Pattinson, who was even better looking than I imagined and fits the Edward character perfectly.
Jacob ~ Bella ~ Edward
As all Twlight readers know Bella explains, to a tee, how Edward smells and that’s something we don’t get out of a book. I was shopping at Warm Glow Outlet in Centerville, IN and came upon the scents of Bella, Edward, and Jacob. Wow!! They were created perfectly, and I must say Jacob is the perfect manly scent. I had been to the candle shop before and noticed the candles, but they didn’t really catch my attention until after reading the second book, New Moon. After that book we have a definite love triangle, and if it went on scents alone Jacob would be the one for me.
It’s amazing to me how this series has created not only movies, soundtracks, and keepsakes, but also the scents of the characters. I doubt any series has ever reached our sense of smell like this one has, and let me say it adds a whole new level for other series to reach.
According to reliable resources the candle shop owner is also working on the scents of the rest of Edwards family. Stay tuned!!

I can’t believe there is a store that carries the scents of Bella, Edward and Jacob. I see this is an older post, wondering if there were any updates?
I didn’t get into Twilight at first. Wasn’t interested in a vampire series. Then my son’s girlfriend got him interested and I watched the movie. I had tried reading the first book a while earlier and hadn’t really gotten into it. Suddenly I was hooked. I couldn’t put the books down (a real dilemma with little children around) and read them over again as soon as I finished them. Read what is available of Midnight Sun online and wished for the conclusion of that. I believe I read Breaking Dawn 4 times. I am now in the middle of New Moon again (reading really slowly, a paragraph at a time in the bathroom) and really noticing how badly the movie messed up the story. I am looking forward to Breaking Dawn, but dreading it too. (Same thing with Harry Potter).
My favorite part of the series has to be when Bella becomes a vampire.
Great, now I want to go read Breaking Dawn again.
The candle shop still sells them. Would you like me to buy them for you and ship them? Let me know!
